The statement issued by Popular Front of India Headquarters after the meeting of its National Executive Council (NEC) welcomed the verdict of the Bombay High Court upholding life imprisonment of eleven persons convicted for gang-raping of pregnant Bilkis Bano and massacring her 14 family members in the 2002 Gujarat Genocide. It is further positive that the High Court has convicted the polices officers whom the trial court had acquitted. The meeting observed that the gravity of the incident warranted more stringent punishment to all those involved in the heinous crime.

of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee to intervene in the ugly tussle going on between the Justice C S
Karnan and the Judiciary. The developments in the case has turned to be unfortunate and will
only hamper the image of the Indian Judiciary. The current orders by the Supreme Court bench
for conducting mental test of a High Court judge has worsen the situation and only lowered the
standards of the Judiciary.
Popular Front of India Chairman E. Abubacker in a statement welcomed the Supreme Court ruling that allowed the trial of senior BJP leaders like LK Advani, Murali Manohar Joshi and Uma Bharti for the criminal conspiracy in Babri Masjid case. At the same time, he termed the ruling a delayed justice.

We demand the government to keep firm stand in providing practical 12% reservation to Muslims community, also keep President of India informed about Muslim community economical and educational backward condition in Telangana state And Circumtancs of providing reservation to them.
A resolution passed by the meeting of National Secretariat of Popular Front of India has condemned the increasing atrocities in the name of cow protection and called for withdrawal of the new moves by Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat state governments against majority of the people who consume and trade beef. The meeting reminded that it is the primary duty of the governments to allow people to eat what they like and give protection to those who are working at cattle related jobs.

The National Executive Council of Popular Front of India, in a resolution passed at its meeting has opined that the settlement suggested by the Chief Justice of India, while hearing a petition on Babri Masjid - Ram Mandir issue, to solve the dispute through out of court negotiation was unacceptable. The duty of the Supreme Court is to sort out the issue as per law, and not leave cases upon the parties involved to settle on their own.
The Central Secretariat of Popular Front of India, in a statement issued after its meeting chaired by Chairman E Abubacker, has said that the assembly election results of five states are a wake-up call for secular politics in India. Unless different political parties that exist in the name of secularism are not ready to make a thorough introspection now and reinforce their loyalty to the principles they claim to uphold, even their own existence cannot not be saved.

Mr Abubakar voluntarily declared his solidarity for the opening of Two mosques of “BIBI KA MAQBERA” (built by Aurangzeb and said to be a replica of tajmahal) which Prince have been fighting for. Further he also presented a Memorandum to concerned authorities demanding opening of said mosques on behalf of PFI.
Popular Front of India chairman E Abubacker in a statement issued here today described the NIA special court verdict in Ajmer dargah blast case as disappointing since it has exonerated the main conspirators including Swami Aseemanand and it did not brought to light the master brains involved in the incident.
