New Delhi: Popular Front of India celebrated its 10th anniversary of Formation day yesterday on February 17, 2017.
Popular front Day celebrations held across the country with flag hoisting, Public Meeting, Rally and Unity March, a flagship parade of cadres of Popular front of India. Public meetings and rallies were also held on many states including Delhi, Rajasthan,Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh Manipur, Goa, Bihar and West Bengal.
Speaking on the occasion, Leaders and prominent personalities from various social and political background participated and unanimously condemned the anti people policies of BJP and stressed the importance of strong coalition against anti people forces.
Larger turnout of general public including women with children were witnessed during the Unity Marches held at various places. Unity March instill confidence and positivity into the minds of masses ever threatened with communal politics. Unity march has been successful in conveying the importance of the need to protect the secular fabric of the country.
Major public Programmes and Unity March with Parades were conducted in Tamil Nadu , Karnataka and Kerala.
