Bangalore: Eid Milan Get together Program organized by Popular Front of India on 31st Oct 2014 in Adams Function hall, Benson Town Bangalore. The program mainly focused to build the confidence of Muslims and other Muslim Organizations who are working towards the cause of Muslims.
Abdul Wahid Sait, State President, Popular Front of India delivered the Introductory speech about Popular Front of India. Usman Baig, National President, All India Imam Council who spoke on present political situation frequently quoted from the Quran and requested the Muslim ummah to build a brotherhood relationship with Non-Muslim Brothers.
K. Balan, Senior High Court Advocate delivered the speech to be together with Dalit’s and Christians. Anees Ahmed, National Executive committee member, Popular Front of India delivered speech about the present condition of the country and pointed out the real danger in near future is communal polarization of middle class people, Changes made in history books, changing the character of Indian polity and Secular values of the Constitution. He called upon ummah to be united and strong to face the problems without going back.
Zameer Pasha -Retired IAS officer, delivered speech on importance of Popular Front of India and advised the Muslims to be aware of their rights guaranteed by the constitution. Kodihali Chandrashekar- President of Raita sangha emphasized the importance of a coalition between minorities, Dalit’s and farmers in forming the government in future.
Hundreds of people in an around Bangalore attended the program. Finally with the vote of thanks from Nasir, Additional Secretary of Popular Front of India, program concluded.
