State wide publicity campaign for Popular Front of India national political conference has been launched at Imphal. Around 2000 people were gathered at Lonmanty sporting ground, Lillong midst of bad weather condition. The program was hosted by Lillong social forum. E Abubackar, the chariman of pfi has inaugurated the programme. E Abubakar welcomes the cooperation extended by Manipurians toward popular front of India. The political change in favor of the downtrodden communities is nearing and nobody can resist that change – E Abubaker said in his inaugural speech
